I honestly can’t fathom it. For me music has always been so huge in my life. It is my motivation, my outlet, my way of connecting with God; and to think that some people go their whole lives without hearing it… wow.

Being deaf has nothing to do with God nor religion. It’s personal choice and a pride that we strive by. It apparently seems you’re thinking inside of the box,

I have only lost one of my senses, there are so many more that make life worth living. Of course, I may not be able to hear the birds singing in the morning but I can still enjoy watching them!
