A matter of fact post about stuff.

I had two cysts, one ruptured this morning, the other is solid and needs to be checked in two weeks to see if it changes. Surgical options discussed at follow up if it hasn’t shrunk on its own.

I have a fixed, irregular lump in my right breast, about the size of a grape. I see a breast surgeon on Tuesday for a mammogram abd consultation. I got lectured big time, I’ve know about this lump for a while but just didn’t feel like getting it looked at. I also have a ridge in a “worrisome” place, this I wasn’t aware of.

I am stressing less about the cysts and way, way more about this lump.

Honestly I don’t think I’m old enough to be dealing with lumps. I didn’t think I was old enough for Cancer either though so.. Yeah.

  2. got-spots said: Hey - if it helps, I had a very similar issue when I was about 17. Lump in my right breast that I’d ignored for ages, and ridges. I had surgery to remove it and tests showed it was a fiberous mass. Not very uncommon or scary. Hope everything is ok!
